Sycamore Rise has more than a full complement of senior, and care staff. There is a team of Senior Care assistants who supervise the care staff and the care given. Care assistants are involved primarily in care giving. The staff are all actively involved with a continuous training programme which ensures your loved ones receive the best possible care at all times.

Our care philosophy is committed to the principals of person centered care, which means that everyone is treated as an individual and is cared for in a bespoke way reflecting their individual needs and personality.
